All my work is fully digital; no physical deliveries are provided.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if I’m uncomfortable with the request or if issues arise during the process.

I may adjust character palettes, filters, or styles slightly. If this is a concern, please let me know in advance.

My art evolves over time, so minor differences from gallery samples (e.g., line art, coloring, or composition) may occur.

You can request Work-in-Progress (WiP) updates at any stage, but please respect my time and avoid frequent inquiries.

Average turnaround time ranges from 2 weeks to 4 months, depending on complexity and queue.

I don't work with strict deadlines unless previously discussed. Rush commissions are available for an additional +70% fee, subject to availability.

As a thank-you, clients who have ordered three commissions from me will receive:

•10% discount on their 4th and subsequent commissions over $100 USD

• Priority placement in my commission queue

You must provide a clear description of your request along with all necessary references.

Once I accept your commission, I’ll request your PayPal email to send an invoice.

I won't begin the artwork until payment has been received.

I’ll send you a sketch for review, where you can request up to three revisions. Once approved, only small corrections (e.g., colors or mistakes) will be allowed. *Doesn't apply to Reference sheets

I’ll complete the artwork and send you the final high-resolution piece in PNG and JPEG in a Google Drive folder.

Let me know in advance if you prefer the piece not to be posted on my social media.

I retain full rights to all commissioned artwork, including the right to post, reproduce, promote myself, and sell prints.

You may not alter the artwork, remove watermarks, or use it for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.

Commercial usage is available for an additional +100% of the base price.

Commercial terms will be discussed individually and reflected in the final price.

If an agreement is reached, I will provide a formal document outlining the terms.

By paying the invoice, you agree to the stated commercial conditions.
