General info
My work is entirely digital, I don't make physical deliveries.
I reserve the rights of cancelling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.
I tend to play around with character palettes/filters, and I rarely color-pick. If you're uncomfortable, please let me know in advance.
As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.
You can request WiP at any part of the process, but take in mind I have other responsibilities to do so please don't harass me.
Work Process
For YCH commisshes, or via Twitter, you'll tell me what do you want and send me all the references. Tell me exactly what you want and if you wanna include extra items or another version of the drawing.
Once I've accepted, I'll send you my Paypal.me link or I'll request your Paypal e-mail to make an invoice, for bigger payments.
After payment, I’ll send you a sketch, so you can change anything you want, once the sketch is approved, I won't change it, only small color changes or in case I made a mistake.
I don't talk too much, after approving the sketch, I'll write you again to send you the final result or to tell you some relevant things about the process. If you want WIPs you can always tell me.
The turnaround depends on the difficulty of the drawing, I'll inform you of this before accepting the order.
Please don't harass me, I don't like working fast to finish fast. Many times I'll be busy with matters other than drawing but I'll inform you if necessary. If I need to extend the delivery date, I'll tell you in advance.
After completing the work, I send you the finished art in high resolution. Then I'll post it on my social media ( If you don't want me to post it, please tell me and I won't do it ).
Distribution and Use
You don't need to give credits every time you post it, but it is forbidden to remove, cover or cut my watermark.
You can't claim the art as made by yourself, sell it, make merchandise of it or get some kind of economic profit (except when selling a character with artwork).
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
Post/display the artwork anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters). If you don't want me to post it, please advise in advance.
Promote myself with it in any place.
Refunds
I’ll refund you 100% of the payment if I haven’t started your commission yet. If I already have the sketch done, then I’ll refund the 50%. (doesn't apply for Sketch commissions) Otherwise, there is no refund
Disccounts
I don't make discounts unless you want to make a big purchase (more than 3 drawings), in that case, we will discuss it in private to reach an agreement

Commercial use
As I'm not a professional artist, I don't accept commercial commissions to get economic profit. Thanks for considering me, though!
What is commercial use?
Any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted or sold and incorporates a financial transaction. In a few words, means that the illustration will generate some kind of monetary profit (online shop, game assets, etc).
Also, I don't take Twitch commissions (icons, emotes, banners, etc).
What DOES count as commercial use?
Merchandise of it; CD cover, game assets, business cards, store assets, body pillows, postcards, prints, etc.
What DOES NOT count as commercial use?
Use it as decoration for your social media; deviantART, Facebook profile, Skype, Twitter, etc, as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any economic profit with it. Use it as your phone/computer background, or print it to decorate your room.
